Is there a dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended, but we want you to be comfortable. Tech industry standard applies.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, the sessions will be recorded. Recordings will be made available to sponsors, speakers, and registered attendees approximately one week after the conference. At a later stage, selected recordings may also be released as educational material for a broader audience.
Please note that the conference is designed primarily as an in-person experience, so attending on-site is the best way to fully participate.

Sponsor Questions
How do I claim my free tickets as a sponsor?
As a sponsor, you will receive a 100% discount code from the organization. To claim your tickets, go to the ticket sales page on SimpleTix and select the standard ticket to order. During checkout, you can enter the discount code, which will reduce the ticket price to $0.
If you have not received your code, please contact us at [email protected]
Where is the sponsor zone and what does it include?
The sponsor zone will be located in the same space as the plenary sessions, ensuring strong visibility and interaction with attendees.
Each sponsor will receive a table with two chairs. Power outlets will be available. If you require a monitor for demonstrations, you will need to bring your own. A monitor can be installed at your own risk; however, please note that if it is left unattended and something happens, we cannot take responsibility. On-screen demonstrations should have no sound.
What is the topic of the sponsor panel sessions?
The exact topics and speakers will be confirmed closer to the event, approximately two weeks in advance. These panels will be brief, and speakers will likely receive only one or two questions.
Are there any deadlines for on-site branding submissions (e.g., banners and conference leaflets)?
Banners can be brought on-site. For leaflets, we do not formally approve the content, but we expect all submitted materials to be accurate, appropriate, representative of your organization, and in line with the conference’s professional standards.
Is there a timeline for sponsor setup and activations?
Since this is the first edition of the conference, some logistical details will be finalized closer to the event. In general, sponsors will have approximately 30–60 minutes before the evening event to set up. Setup is expected to take place between 4:30–5:30 PM on the eve of the conference, and materials can remain in place over the whole conference. If you will only arrive on the first day of the conference, setup can take place between 8:00–8:30 AM.
