Registration & Tickets
When does registration open?
Registration is now open! Early bird pricing is available until December 31, 2025.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event. Contact us at [email protected] to process a transfer.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds available until February 15, 2026. After that date, a 50% refund is available until March 1, 2026. No refunds after March 1, 2026.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! Students receive 30% off with valid student ID. Email [email protected] for the discount code.
Event Details
What should I bring?
Bring your conference badge (provided at registration), laptop for workshops, business cards for networking, and comfortable shoes.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended, but we want you to be comfortable. Tech industry standard applies.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, all keynotes and main sessions will be recorded. Recordings will be available to ticket holders within one week after the conference.
Can I attend virtually?
This year’s conference is in-person only. However, we will be streaming keynote sessions live for virtual attendees. Virtual passes available for $99.
Food & Accommodations
Are meals included?
All ticket types include lunch on all three days. VIP passes also include a special dinner event on Day 2.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration and we will accommodate them.
Are there hotel recommendations?
Yes, see our Transportation page for a list of partner hotels with special conference rates.
Networking & Activities
Are there networking opportunities?
Yes! We have dedicated networking sessions, a reception on Day 2, and an attendee mobile app to connect before and during the event.
Can I exhibit or sponsor?

Is WiFi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the venue. Network details will be provided in your conference materials.
